At his self-named practice, Robert Scott Nance, DDS, MS, PA, and his team of dental specialists and support staff provide high-quality, oral health care to men, women, and families from offices in Statesville and Hickory, North Carolina.

Leading an experienced endodontic team, Dr. Nance brings more than two decades of experience in root canals, gingivoplasty, and apicoectomies to the practice. Dr. Nance and his team are easy to work with, provide quick, convenient treatment options, and also offer conscious sedation upon request.

Additionally, the team proudly offers patients access to state-of-the-art technologies, including the most advanced bioceramic root canal filling materials, retrograde filling for apicoectomies, ultrasonic instrumentation, soft tissue management with laser therapy (including gingivectomy), high resolution CBCT 3D imaging, all-digital radiology, and surgical microscopes. They even offer TDO® software for a paperless office.

Dr. Nance’s practice works to provide comfortable and comprehensive dental care. Patients can access treatment for abscessed teeth, tooth pain, and traumatic dental injuries. The team also offers endodontics, apexification, internal bleaching, incision and drainage, and revascularization of the open apex.
